I meant "F Body", not F Bosy.
I'm guessing you meant "fuel pump" and not battery. Yep, tank has to come down, unless you make your own access panel like I did on my dad's old '89 Firebird.
Battery under hood, drop tank for fuel pump, car is totalled give you $100.00 firm ;)
id drop the tank before cutting that access panel
