I don't know if this is a rebroadcast but it is a good watch. They are promoting it as a countdown to Monaco tomorrow.

Speaking of tomorow I am not going to get anything done. F1 Monica at 7:30 AM Then Indy then the 600.
There is no better weekend in motorsports to be TV watching motorsports nut!!!!!
That wasfantastic. The Wife and I found it on accident and couldnt turn it off. I could watch 70s footage all day. Was there a barber's strike in Europe? Aside from the always handsome Mario Andretti that was quite the collection of side burns.
This is MUST SEE TV. (it just ended) I got chills as it ended. And like it or not I got a much better understanding of Bernie Ecclestone. He has been painted as the leader of the evil empire but knowing his history in the sport I really have a new appreciation of things. I am not sure I like him yet but I have a new appreciation of things and more importantly understand more of the history. There was a lot of footage from the 70's that I have never seen before.
One of the best bits of TV time for me in a REALLY REALLY long time.

I really like Chris Harris' reviews but the two Americans brought nothing to the show. Oh, and Matt Farah is an ijit...
The documentary "1" is outstanding. Growing-up during those dangerous years in the 60's and 70's, I watched heroes die way too many times. It was great to see the show pay homage to them and give tribute to those who made the sport safer.
Bought it at Target for fairly cheap. Its a great watch and even my Dad enjoyed it and was interested in learning how Bernie came to power, etc. and he's watched quite a bit of F1 from those days.

Farah is good people. We had a number of adult beverages together at a Porsche event, and then shared a Panamera GTS with a hangover the following morning.
The main problem I had with the show is that it was too short to carry any kind of substance. If it were an hour, it could be a legitimate contender to take on Top Gear.

Bought the DVD at Walmart a while back. Good documentary.
Dvr'd it earlier and just started it. The opening with Martin Brundle was a phenomenal hook, looking forward to the next 2 hours.
CRAP.
I recorded /DRIVE, because I'm a fan. I'm PISSED that I missed out on "1". I guess I'll see if it's on Amazon Prime.
