Can't imagine the circus F1 would become if Mad Murdoch gets a hold of it. I can see the formula moving to a NASCRAP theme...
oh... as a quick side note... Speed TV knows where their $$$ comes from... no mention of Murdoch anywhere on Speed TV...
MOVING???? Already there, my friend.
And I've also read that it would become pay-per-view.

The sport, estimated by F1 ringmaster Bernie Ecclestone to be worth "six or seven billion dollars"
If we each sold a project car...

We could afford $15K to bet on black?
:P
Bernie will be in F1 until he passes.
That's about the only thing you can be certain of when it comes to Bernie.
In reply to z31maniac:
There's no passing in F1... It's his bid for immortality!
EDIT: I like F1, though I half-suspect that if the level of coverage and camera work were as high and David Coulthard and Martin Brundle were commentating, there are several other series I might like even better...
^Good point.
BTCC/WTCC/DTM/WRC would all likely be better. I know there have been some unfavorable reviews of them so far. But I really like them as a team in the broadcast booth.
Of course, BBC's coverage of F1 is just outstanding.

Do they stream F1 on their website?
