I liked how Speed would show the international events live no matter what time of day (or usually night) it was over here. Now FOX has it, and it is starting at a respectable time, 8:00 AM EST, and I have to wait till' 1:PM to watch it! What's with that?! I'm probably going to accidentally find out who wins online before the race even starts. :0
Yea, it sucks because it cuts up the day, we can usually be out doing things while everybody else is glued to their TV, you can't watch the race with the live timing and scoring and it puts todays race on the same time as the ALMS race. One good thing, FOX carries the race in HD... when are they ever going to get Speed in HD? Oh wait, its not worth it to watch that Pinks marathon in HD. Maybe we can just convince FOX to carry it live.......
actually, the F1 race ends at 3 sharp, and the ALMS race begins at 3 sharp. the only overlap is the IRL Mid-ohio race. I will be taping that.
yes, Fox's tape delay has caused me to find out the outcome before the race before, it usually makes me very angry, but I still watch the race.
ALMS is on at 12. Grand Am is at 3. I'm having a ard time getting into that big "spec series" (IRL) with all the bad blood and lack of technical diversity.
You could go do something productive to avoid trying to look at who won on the intraweb, go fishing, shopping, work out, ect. Self control is an amazing thing when you can harness it lol. Anyways I like the FOX coverage because I can watch it in HD!
Great race, though my man Alonso got some bad luck. I love a good F1 race, and can't wait until Hungary in 2 weeks.

I always DVR the races and watch Sunday night anyway, and enjoy that Fox has the races in HD (still waiting on Time Warner Cable to add SpeedHD) so no biggie to me. But... what's this about live timing and scoring? Where can I get that on the web? I'd really like to be able to see that rather than wait for the Speed guys to tell us what they think is important sometime after it happens and for David Hobbs to misidentify yet another car. I shouldn't criticize though, I saw a special on how they call the race from a studio in North Carolina and it looked like they were watching on really tiny screens, and I have a hard enough time keeping track on my 50" plasma.

You can get the live timing and scoring on Formula1.com. Fox HD to me doesn't really look all that great. It might be the feed from Germany though, but I wish it was a little higher quality.
