Not for the regular reasons like privacy and such. Those dirty buggers have figured out my festish for project cars, and now they're "suggesting" them whenever  they have a chance!

Yeah, it's like they know. (And why aren't you sharing with the rest of the class?)

Have you turned off their latest tracking update where they follow you to every site you are visiting?  So they can help you? I assume if you read the fine print it also allows speaker and camera access. For example, they would be reading this post for key words.

For me it's guitars and amplifiers... I'm constantly seeing for sale ads for amps I don't need and guitars I need even less -  but I still click on from time to time because I think they're neat. And thus the cycle continues.

I've been collecting pictures of Facebook weirdness lately. A while ago, I think Facebook's AI might have been trying to get my wife to murder me by manipulating group suggestions. I can't think of any other reason for this.

Meanwhile, the spambots that keep trying to join a group I moderate went from failing at reading comprehension...

...to failing at geography too.

Facebook knows, and could esily stop it, but allows the fake users because it boosts their advertising metrics. Its a huge scam on so many levels.
