I would absolutely LOVE to get behind the wheel of this one. Seriously, I think I'm going to have a heart attack looking at all of these great designs coming in the past couple of days. I'm sure there are a lot more not posted that have been submitted. The judges have got their work cut out for them.
The biggest question going through my mind after looking at these is, "Is this doable?" Can a body that is being submitted be mass produced such that the kit stays at the $9,900 price point. Some of these designs look like they belong on a $100,000 car! That's a tall order to fill and I guess we'll all know soon.

I agree. This is another nice design. Ramarryo's is still my favorite though.
Regarding cost, this is just my opinion, but I would rather have a car that cost more and looks cool than one that is cheap and looks cheap or screams "kit car".
I wonder if there will be options? Say a simpler design at the $10k price point and a more sophisticated design at the $20k price point or somewhere there about?
I think it would be a good idea.

Yes, please. Modern, clean, nice aero, and curvy!
This is super slick, I'd drive this, mine first, but I love this.

This is the first entry that I see nothing I would change. This design appears timeless as many consider the E-type or early Porsche prototypes. I can see how the body would be relatively easy to mold and produce in numbers. I've liked may of the submissions but for me, this one's the winner.
I like it a lot, but I think if I owned it I would get really tired of people asking me what kind of Porsche it is. I'll be more interested in actually owning the 818 if it's something all its own.
well, Im going to still vote for mine first...out of loyalty or something I guess (despite knowing that the digital talent pool here is crazy deep, and my submission is still wearing floaties )
Aside from mine, I give my vote to Xabier 1st, Stavros 2nd, and then Thanas 4
I must say that the flow of contest entries has EXPLODED this week. I got more than 140 this weekend from places as far as Cairo, Egypt and as close as Orlando, Florida.
My router is about to burst into flame from downloading massive files. Keep up the good work!

Tom,
I just need your confirmation if you got my submission. There were no confirmation on your end. Much appreciated. Thanks!

There are no confirmation messages; an automated message could give a false sense of security for those who are sending .ZIP files or other formats that aren't .PDF or .JPG.
I can check for you, but help me out by telling me what your email address is so I can search for it. There are a LOT of entries. (PM or email will work best.)
I've been watching the development of so many good concepts for the last three months while working feverishly on one. I thought I'd join in the fun of sharing on the board before the deadline.
