Lowered Subaru. Tire was rubbing the fender liner, so customer removed the fender liner. Then the customer started experienced random engine shutdowns and weird throttle-by-wire problems. The tire had rubbed into the main wiring harness.

Dad picked up a 2000 Saab 9-5 Aero a while back for stupid cheap, running poorly. Drove it home. No smoke, no noises.
30PSI in one cylinder and some blow by.
