I measured OD on the wires on the harness and came up with what I thought was 14 gauge for the smaller ones and either 9 or 10 gauge for the larger but I can't exactly tell, anyone have any experience on this one?

Personally, I've always used Angel Hair for the low amp stuff, standard spaghetti size for gauges and general car wiring, and Lasanga strips folded for battery cables.
