In reference to this thread. And with a little help form Taiden I decided to see what I could do about my little rust problem.

I was finally able to find a Tractor Supply and picked up this little guy,

I ran by Northern Tools to get some media and they were out of stock on the black diamond I wanted but had some cheap glass bead for the same price. It is very aggressive and will work good for parts and pieces I pull of but I would have liked a less aggressive media for the body. Here is some before and after shots, I bought a can of Rustoleum almond which is the closest I could find to the safari beige. It's close but a little lighter, The spot that had the hole in it turned out to have a couple holes in it, Next step is to wet sand the spots back down and hopefully they wont be quite as noticeable after that. Well the hoods done now I just have to get the fifty or so other spots knocked out..

The gun works pretty well but I need to figure something out to seal the bag to the gun a little better than it is now. I get a lot blowing out of the top of the bag. Overall I'm happy and hope to keep this thing from rusting away for a couple of years until I get a chance to really go over it and make it right.
