Anyone know where I could find this section of pipe??

I just looked for something similar at the Steel Yard off Columbia. They only had 4", so I made due with it. I have 3" left if you want it (I bought 6")

Only 4" O/D?

This is to fit my flowbench, so I need 3.5" O/D .

.

I have 82mm (grey) and I have 84mm(red), the 19 gauge 3.5" pipe would give me 86.75mm

In a prior life I dealt with specifying a lot of thin-gauge steel tube parts.

The diameter spec you've given is pretty optimistic. Do you specifically need some property of 19 ga as the thickness, or are you looking for a tube that has a diameter of 86.75mm (3.415")? ID or OD?

This is what lathes are for. Start with something simple like PVC and bore the IDs you want.

Get a piece of 3 1/2" copper "type L"...pretty damn close, you can shave a touch off the OD if necessary. 19 gage is pretty durn thin for something with such a large OD, not something I'd expect to find in a weird OD like 3.5".

I need 3.5" O/D so I don't have to bore a new table top... I need 86.75mm as the I/D, for that is the bore I'll be using... 86.4mm as an I/D would also be acceptable (3.5" O/D 18 gauge pipe)

3" PVC pipe should be real close. If its too small, glue a 3" PVC coupling on and turn that down. Or just use a 3" coupling or hub. Some of the toilet flanges are weird inner and outer diameters.

Buy a chunk of 19ga sheet and a roller from harbor freight.
