ask the average person in the target demographic for this car what a "boxer" engine is and they won't have a clue- much like the clueless people that are employed in the marketing departments that are tasked with getting said target demographic to buy this car..

i don't know about that- Toyota is actively pursuing the portion of the male demographic that likes "shiny wheels" with their latest ad... that's a pretty new way of going about it..
