Finish inside roof of enclosed trailer?

Looking at a used enclosed trailer that has finished walls but not roof for some reason.

Here in Texas seems important to have the roof insulated and finished. Thoughts on how this should be done? I've seen sheets of fiberglass that could be screwed and/or glued on to the roof ribs. For insulation, do I use pink batt or foamboard?

I'd use foam as it has a much higher "R" value then fibergrass per inch and is way easier to work with.

You don't want the roof finished. You can end up with a lot of weight up real high and the insulation just adds to the misery inside trying to stay out of the sun.

I don;t think a sheet of 1/8 ply with foamboard is going to add too much weight..
