Ford Taurus fuel pump questions???

My buddy's fuel pump went kaput (we think) on his '03 (4th gen) Taurass and me being the kind friend that am, I offered the use of my garage and time.

Anybody know if their is a access panel under the rear seat or does the tank have to be dropped?

Is their a resettable inertia switch?

He checked the fuses and relays and they seem ok. The car will be towed over in the next few days so I have not had a chance to investigate myself, hence the ???'s

Just trying to plan out the job accordingly......

I would definetly look into the Inertia switch. It should be in the trunk on the passenger sideBurried up under the lining.

Just looked on my mom's 4th gen, and it is there. You cant miss it as there is a big yellow label for it. I took some pictures of it. If you want I can upload them.
