While Vettel is faster than Mark, the problem had to be the car, Mark is no slouch.
Edit: Link to a good article on Webber's qualifying

Webbo got screwed. Do I think he would have gotten pole? No way. Do I think he would have been top 5, hell yeah.
Wrong tires, wrong time, wrong strategy.
Whether you like the new tech. or not is sure is making for more interesting racing. I never stopped watching F1 during the Shuey. heyday but any kind of racing is better if at least several driver/car combos. have a chance to win. If KERS and the movable wing is what it takes to pass I'm for it. This race proved to be very interesting with all the different strategies being used. I hope Ham. and some of the other drivers are able to mount a charge to at least give Vettel some competition for the championship.
Looks like Perez is for real. Always good to see new drivers coming up through the ranks.
This year's Chinese GP was a classic with constant on-track action and overtaking throughout the field, not just for the lead. And, yes, there were multiple passes for the lead and not while cars were in the pits either.
SpeedTV airs a complete replay tomorrow (Monday, April 18th at noon EST) for those who missed the live broadcast or a dvr opportunity.
Definitely worth watching this one.
So, Ferrari ONCE AGAIN has some some questionable incidents, and not even an investigation by the FIA(t).

However, Alonso was seen with his adjustable rear wing activated after the hairpin, prompting some fans to question why the Spaniard wasn't penalised. According to the BBC, the error came when Alonso's wing was enabled "300m before the end of the straight", instead of the 750m. That meant it was still active when the Ferrari driver headed towards the final corner. And because he "gained no advantage from the situation - in fact it actually caused him a disadvantage - so was given no penalty."

FIA = Ferrari Internationale de l'Automobile
I was flipping out yesterday watching Webber's charge through the field in teh 2nd half of the race. Fantastic. Webber has been my fav driver for a long time.
He has been driving really great these first few races despite poor quali results. I'd really like to see him win a Championship this year and then just get to retire.
Go RBR!

My favorite is, "You can't spell Fiat without F I A."

I was also doing handstands, it was a drive for the books, now if they can just give him an equal car....remember he hasn't had the KERS operate one time this year yet.
I wonder why RBR can't get it together with KERS. You'd think at some point Mateschitz (sp?) or whoever would just open the check book and say, "Fix it. Now."
The china race was awesome webber kicked ass and the new tires, kers, and wings made for some great passing. Passing on track in F1 cars is really cool when it happens. The added strategic element of faster wearing tires is working out good in my opinion.
Turkey, Seb throws it into a wall in free practice one, misses two and is fastest in three
Looks like RBR finally has a working KERS
Fastest in Quali by a healthy margin. Had he taken a second lap, I think Seb could have bested the track record.
I will be at the F1 meetup tomorrow morning if any other ATL regulars want to go.
Wow, more passing than in the 90's.
DRS is making a huge difference
Still a ? over Webber's KERS though
I think it was a pretty good race IF you pretend Vettel didn't exist. All the passing from 2nd place back was very interesting, DRS and KERS are great
