I believe those are Rostyle wheels- available on several cars of the era, including Capris and MGs. They're available in several offsets and patterns.

The Opels wheels are pretty similar to the Rostyles. The "spokes" on the Opel wheels, however, get larger as the approach the outer rim while Rostyles narrow. The big upside (for me) is the Opel uses the common 4x100 bolt pattern.

I get it. Those do look funky without a center cap on them covering the lugs.

That's why they make mesh wheels!
