Hi All,
Martin Sports Car Club[+] (the club ) has a "Mini-prix" at Gainesville Raceway on Oct. 10. This is basically an autocross at higher-than-normal-speeds, with the added benefit that it is held on the road course instead of in a parking lot.
I'll update this when I have more registration details, pricing, etc. In the mean time, I hope you guys will mark your calendars and consider joining us. [++]

[++] - I hope this little bit of event promotion doesn't qualify as a canoe. If it does, Tim can do as he sees fit to the post/thread.
[+] This is scheduled during a Florida away game.
How much will the entry be?

I haven't heard yet what the fee for this year will be. Last year it was $35.00 for MSCC members and $50 for non-members. As soon as I have a confirmation on the price I'll put it here.
hmm if it's the day after the challenge we may have to stay an extra day...which means an extra night of binge drinkin at the ole stompin grounds.
Is the mini-prix event Saturday the 10th or Sunday the 11th? The Challenge schedule shows the drags on the 10th (not that the two events could not be run simultaneously, just asking).

Per confirmed this morning....you are correct about the conflict. Our club's board is aware of the conflict, and I'll keep you guys posted if things change.
I will be in it, if it does not conflict with the challenge
It would be fantastic if it could be Sunday. I bet a fair number of Challengers would participate and it would be cool to see how the Challenge cars stack up.

In case if you haven't seen, this event is still on for Saturday, but we're making special accomodations so that Challenge cars can enter. Per has info in his blog:
