Hex lighting on Amazon. Splurge but it's so cool. Strong 'maybe'.
Looks cool but is their some mysterious dark magic specific to the hexagon that makes these price out 10-20x the parts cost?

How does the bug screen work for shielding direct sun? We recently lost two trees out front. As a result, I get harsh afternoon sun on the garage door, meaning it can get toasty in there.

I threw some cheap foam board insulation on the back of my uninsulated, west facing garage door. It went from being an oven to staying nice most of the time. I think i spent less than 50$ on the whole deal

Thanks. For us, the heat is coming through the open door, although it hasn’t been as bad as the remaining trees have filled in.

I bought this AntLux 110W 8FT Ultra Slim LED Wraparound Light last year and have been using it for more than a year. It feels good, the brightness is sufficient and there is no dimming or flickering during use.
