Regardless of what you think about the show, watching Aaron compete at Pikes Peak was awesome. It's amazing how Grassroots that event remains. Guys at Indy don't run over to a printout taped to a shed to see their times. And he was yelling at his cart and urging it on just like I do. Great stuff.

Yeah. Pikes Peak is still one of the truly grassroots events. The film of Jeremy Foley they were showing is of a local Texas racer. He pretty much walked from that wreck which is amazing considering how bad it looked.
It's good to see Aaron out enjoying the car like it should be run. He took it to Big Bend earlier this year and now Pikes peak. That falcon is getting ran the way it should be.
I thought he was going to fall out of the car at the top of the hill, you can't fake that emotion.
are new shows back on the air?

Yeah, it was clear that they did an episode about Aaron doing PP, not the other way around. He had obviously wanted to do that for a long time.
Can you imagine doing it on dirt???

I was thinking about that while watching it. I have to say that doing PP is on my bucket list, but only to watch. I have a lot of respect for the people that do it, and absolutely no desire to do it myself.

Ive driven up Pikes Peak twice and while i would like to do it faster than is legal, i dont think the balls to the wall style is worth the risk for me either.
