great article as always and another reason I subscribe to this magazine. I like #9 and it has convinced me to get a 'packing list' in writing so I don't forget anything. Thanks again.

For tip #9 while a list is golden I find a dedicated track bag/storage unit is indispensable and facilitates easier track prep.  Other than personal safety equipment/clothing I usually have everything else ready to go for the next time. But I'm lazy lol
