I understand that LEDs may not work in every situation but these spot on light up the road 100% better, focused in the correct location for my Legacy. And they cost the same as a top level Sylvanias replacements. I think the technology has improved. Maybe 5 years ago they were not great. These LEDs are the best modification I did on this car and make it a much safer car for me to drive at night. I don't think I am blinding anyone any more than the millions of OEM LEDs out there.
