Some of you know of my saga with fixing the 4l60e tranny. Long story short, I have it back and it works fine.
However, I have weird issue. The digital gear indicator in the dash, highlilghts the gear the van should be in normally. In my case, it highlights, PRN then doesn't highlight D321.
Google suggests that the neutral safety switch can be the culprit. Apparently if they are not lined up properly, then it can cause the display to work improperly. However, instructions for adjusting it show that if it highlights P and N and starts in both of those gears and not the other ones, that it is functioning and adjusted properly.
Does this sound like a bad switch, or some sort of bad connection/improper adjustment?
