Take your pick, I'm gonna hazard a guess all TH400 sticks are the same in terms of fluid level (measured from the top of the dipstick hole in the case).

A little late to the discussion, but does the car have a NC title or a SC title? My understanding is that the notary stamp is only required if it was required on the title from the state you purchased it from. When I registered my D46 M3 here a year ago that I bought in VA, it had a VA title, and I didn't have the seller notarize the title. I don't recall it being a problem. Now when I bought my E36 track rat that had an NC title, it was definitely required as others have said.
