While reading some of the "What Car?" threads its obvious that we all want the latest turbo coupe/roadster but due to budgets and family commitments we can only afford the base 4 door versions of our favorite cars. Since all those other magazines always seem to test the loaded to the gills supercharged leather versions how about a battle of the base models? I'd love to see a 4 door 5 speed stripper comparison of, say, the Mazda3, Sentra, Elantra, etc.
Am I alone on this?
I certainly would enjoy that. Also, a comparo of the stripper versions of the cheapest cars. New Rio, Accent, Yaris, etc. This has probably been done, but I only recently started paying more attention to this segment so I may have missed a past article.
yes I'd like to some compairison between more (strippers hahaha..) strip down moddles.
Add a 4dr Astra, a new Rabbit and you have a great shootout.
