Anybody notice that the GRM calendar (the one given out free inside the magazine) has May 31 listed as "Labor Day" instead of Memorial Day?

Putting the calendar's creation in the hands of the guy who still has the one on his wall turned to March is probably a tactical error.

I hold GRM in such high regard that I will now refer to May 31 as "Labor Day".

I actually thought it was funny (after I got over the "WTF..... I thought Labor Day was at the END of the Summer" moment)

Heck, my wife can't keep Memorial Day and Labor Day separate anyhow. So it just adds to her confusion. I usually just use my Lala pinup calendar turned to a month with appropriate dates anyhow...

Hey, the name of the weekend sometimes doesn't seem as important as what you are doing on it.

I usually get part of Memorial Day weekend off, but have to work most of Labor Day weekend....maybe not this year?

Personally, I am insulted. My birthday is (was) Memorial Day, May 30. Yeah, the Gubbmint changed that, but 5/30 is always Memorial day to me. Arrgghh. And this one is Special- numero 65.
