On our way back from Ohio with the 'burg we got a chance to stop in and meet sanyarcosean and ratghia.
They had a part of our build equation for us but when we arrived to pick up the parts they loaded us up with so much more than we had itially discussed.
Great folks all around and great to see Aaron's project bug in progress, that thing is going to be great.
No doubt with the help of folks like this we feel much better about the prospects for the Wartburg build now.

Good people for sure. Did you happen to meet Andy Nelson while you were in the area? If you didn't, you seriously missed out on a cool garage tour.

Indeed we did, Andy holds one of the other peices to our puzzle and while we didnt have room to take it home we got to check it out (and no, sadly, its not an SBC) and get the shop tour and see the um....challenge car.
I told my teammates as we left that with Andy's parts stash and talents I would do terrible evil things with cars....kinda like Andy does now I guess :)
