I'd gladly take my hair from the 80's back!
It could be worse, most of my pictures add weight. Congrats.
His office was the Florida room of the couple's rented house in Daytona Beach.
Isn't every room in Daytona Beach a Florida room?

I don't regret mine, I miss it
Let's go back to the 80s and have a K-car as a GRM project. Objective: make it 0-60 in under five seconds.
Slap some slicks on mine and put a picture in the mag and its all yours
Seems to me that you are stuck in a rut. Same job for 25 years? Come on, usually it's 6 months. I KEED!!!! Super congrats for sticking it out through the bad times and building something very special. And the fact that you stayed married through out it all says something very special about the two of you. I work with my wife, so I know where of I speak.
Margie, you do know that advertising is using that photo as the "before" pic in the "Our 25th Anniversary!" subscription ads, right? BTW: I think I actually saw that booth in the mid-80s at Road Atlanta (I was a Corner Worker back then). Y'all were in the red Civic project car. I'd always remembered it as an SCCA National or Regional, but it might have been the Mitty, since we didn't have spectators for you to sell to at Club Races back then.
Great article, but I had to LOL at this: ".. Many autocross participants use their regular cars in the competitions.." Yeah, those of us at the back of the field...
Seriously though, I never would have believed I could really race without GRM. And never would have thought about autocrossing after having to give up circuit racing, either. "Thanks" seems like such an inadequate word at the moment.
