Hey guys!
I was just wondering, would you be at all interested in a bunch of SE-R guys/gals using your office in Ormand beach as a sort of rendevous point on our way up to the SE-R convention in Savannah GA on March 26?
There will be several people coming up from South Fl and the Daytona area would be a good point for the West and Central Fl people to meet the caravan from the South before continuing up to Savanna. I just thought it might be an interesting spot for us all to meet up for about and hour before continuing on our way. Depending on how easy it is to get to your office from I-95. I have not mentioned this on the SR20-forums yet as I figured I should see if the GRM staff was game first. If not, that is cool, I just figured I would ask.
Thanks!
Give them time to get over the Rolex before expecting any responses
awesome idea.
we needed a location in Minneapolis and I looked at Cabela's and they had two awesome meeting rooms for us next to their food court.
Boss didn't think it was "upscale" enough. But Cabela's is a great place to go to........maybe GRM could rent their boardroom?
BTW this is a great weekend to ask since everyone is in Daytona. Go ahead and post it, I give you permission.

Yeah, I realized that after I posted. I hope everyone is having a great time at the Rolex 24. I will get a GRM ticket one of these years......
Our office is no longer in Ormond Beach, it is a few miles down the road in Holly Hill these days:
915 Ridgewood Ave. Holly Hill, FL 32117
It is super easy to get here from 95. We would love to have you, but it is always incredibly busy around here. I'm not sure how much time we would be able to dedicate to your group. Gotta make magazines!
How large a group are you expecting?

Joe,
I don't know how many, but I can get a figure in about a week once I ask about interest on the SR forums. I did not intend to disruput the magazine making process, I just figured it would be a car friendly parking lot to hang out in while all of the caravanees catch up. Provided your parking lot is not too full of press cars.
