Hope everyone is having a nice, safe holiday season.
We are scattered around the country for the next couple of weeks, although the office will be open most days.
Personally, I have been finishing our shop project and moving back in. Man this takes longer than you would think, to organize everything.
We also took a break for a few days to visit my folks in the Florida Keys. Its not the most Christmas-like place, but it is pretty damned nice. It gives me a few days away from the shop to catch up on my writing and spend some time with my family.
Next week we will be back and will get back to finishing up the Shelby, getting the Lincoln ready for the next Lemons and ChumpCar events and we have made an earnest start on the old "fintail" Mercedes, as we hope to have it ready for the Rallycross event on January 14, in Orlando.
Enjoy and thanks for making 2011, our best year ever. More craziness to come next year!
I'd much rather go to the Keys for Christmas than any place that is cold and I NEVER intentionally go any place there's snow!
We used to go to the Keys every Christmas until the "season" got so friggin' expensive down there.

Happy Merry Holiday season of giving and stuff to all! I agree GRM and it's readers are a big part of our lives and something to be thankful for.
Funny you should mention Fintail Merc. saw one last night at a Christmas party in NC, it's got a 302 and needs finishing. Must resist too many projects.

i shall go read it now! i've got a completely unreasonable love for the '71 - '72 280 SE 4.5, not a fintail but the last of the stacked-headlight sedans, at least in the US market.
