To our entire extended family, Happy Thanksgiving. This is my favorite holiday, as there is little or no gift giving and we eat and drink.
Today starts at 8am, after I get another story done. I meet up with Tom for breakfast and then we head to the Turkey Rod Run swap meet here in Daytona. Hope to find some LS stuff and shop equipment for Tom. Be back around 2pm and will work on my Alfa for an hour or two until people start to arrive. Our Thanksgiving is a mixture of family and car friends now. After dinner we will cruise down to Bellair Plaza, where hundreds of car people gather.
And of course, the weather is perfect here this time of year. Hope you all have as good a day as we plan on having, and thanks again for all the support on our Rotary Miata project.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your staff! Thanks for giving us such a great magazine and forum. I can't tell you how much this place and its members have helped me over the years.
(And Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife today too!)
Edit: I'm working from 6:30 to 3:00 today.
Happy Thanksgiving yall. We as a whole have much to be thankful for. Just take time to take stock of your blessings today.
We, as a whole family, are in a rented beachfront house with food, fellowship, and board games.
We left Chicago for a visit to Irvine, California and the weather is awesome.
Why don't I live here? Oh yeah, traffic, cost of living, job, earthquakes.....
Happy Thanksgiving to ALL!
Happy Thanksgiving to all GRMers and their families, even the crazy ones that aren't into cars.
Happy Turkey Day to all. It's my favorite holiday, I do a little bit of cooking, then I spend the rest of the day eating and watching football with family and friends. No pressure, no obligations, just fun.
Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Happy Tofurkey day! We're just chillin'. Big move ahead.

Enjoy ALL your family (both real, and virtual), and don't forget to laugh a little!

We picked up a pair of LS2 heads for $400!
It's a Thanksgiving miracle!!
Well as everyone is now in bed I am looking at the remains of a 14 lb bird many empty pie tins and other assorted empty side dish's.
It was a fun day. I got a text from my daughter who was making her first at home thanksgiving dinner at her new place and she texted me that the fire department just left. She wanted to know if the Chinese place was open today.

Yikes. Not sure that's a good way to smoke turkey.
Hope everything is alright!

Other than her pride she is fine. Her mother wound up the oven to 400 deg. My daughter had never used it and I guess it needed cleaning as it made a bunch of smoke and set off the smokes. She has a condo so they ate hard wired to the fire department.

Thanksgiving tends to be a very busy day for us.
