So far I'm pleased as punch with Al's Liner, see my Jeep TJ thread. Al's is the DIY version of Scorpion Liner, I applied it with the Al's brand texture gun, but it can be rolled on or any old texture gun aught to work. A kit, allegedly enough to do an average truck bed, runs ~$85 on Amazon.
