Trying to find 200 treadwear tires sized 285/40/19 and of all the places I looked not a single one carries them. They closest they have usually is Pirelli P Zero which is 220tw and expensive.

What's funny is I look up original tire size which is 255/40/19 and I STILL can't find any.

What's everyone using in Autocross FS in 2010+ Mustang GTs?

See rule 13.4 in the rulebook.

Specifically 13.4B says, that you can do a new set of rims +/- 1" from stock, so look into 18's.

You can get close with the RE-71R in 275/35/19 and that is a hot tire.

your stock is about 766 rotations per mile and that would be 784. If you can fit them. Is your rim 9 inches wide?

I'll have to consider that. I'll have to see if the Brembos can fit though. I like 18 inch wheels more than 19 anyways.

One reason why i'm doing this is that i'm working on my primary autocross car and I need new tires for the Mustang so I was thinking of getting something and running that in FS for the next few months.

Ya i've been seeing some that are close like that.

Read the vorshlag build thread on these cars. certain wheels will fit, some wont. So anyone you call will tell you no b/c of this... (Vorshlag's Forgeline wheels will but $$$$$$$$$$).
