Help! Car transport from Romulus MI (SW Detroit)

I have a non running car in Romulus MI (1 mile from interstate exit) I desperately need to get out of my friends driveway. Neighbors/non running car thing. I thought I could get up there to get it, but... life. Gonna be a while yet. 
I know we have some guys up there that could move it, and if someone could store it for a bit on their side lot; it's not special enough to need inside parking. 
The farther south GRM could get it the better, but if it has to go north a ways, I can get up there to get it when I make the trip! 
Any GRM help here? I can pay for fuel and such; just not pro transport prices!!! Heck. I could work out AAA towing it up to 100 miles (a bit more if I pay the overage) but it'd be a few hoops to jump through!

Hope someone has some thoughts.

I'm outta town for a bit but I'm happy to help when I get back.  I can loan the tow pig but don't have a trailer or storage space unfortunately.  

I might be able to get the use of a trailer, up there! Or pay for a rental. Closest place I have so far is across the state near Elkhart IN. 

What is it?

Similar to the Allroad I bought on here. Not as good of shape, and needs repairs, but my friends son was in need, so we worked out a fair trade. I just have not been able to go back up to get it.

It is an Allroad or is it similar to an Allroad ?  I ask because these can be critical details.  If it is in fact an AWD car then tow dolly is not an option.  

I have a property in Toledo that it can sit on for a while. It is a secured tow lot already, they only rent the north half of the property full time but have the entire lot wired for security.

The solid build quality is one of the reasons my 05 was a good choice for the son! Wonderful nvh, too. But light, it ain't.

Missed that earlier! Mine was an 05; unsure of the year on this one. Maybe 02? Same generation, I'm pretty sure. I know it's a 2.7TT AWD, but my guy can drop the rear driveshaft out, it a dolly becomes an option. 
Typing while stressed, well... sorry bout that! (Good question!)

Part of the trade was no hurry, but when a neighbor complains - I get it, so it's just one more hoop at the moment.

Haven't heard from anyone about a trailer. I'll call my friend this weekend see if any of his friends have one. If I don't get something going first of the week, I'll have to pay a guy to cut it up, as we don't have a title to it. AL an VA will check the vin; long as it isn't stolen...

Apparently, Detroit (well, Romulus) is stricter. 

I know it isn't free but you can rent trailers.  I've seen them listed on Craigslist, fbm and of course there's U-Haul, etc
