Just grab one from LKq or other similar reputable yard with a warranty. Lkq is 6 months. If you’re feeling adventurous get a 6.0 and reflash the pcm.

If I thought the 200k mile 4L60E would live more than a couple of minutes behind a 6.0, I would.
It looks like $1,000 should get me a used engine with half the miles of the truck. I tried an engine swap back in 1998. It didn't go well. Hopefully I learned something and round two goes better.
