Yeah, I was initially thinking TR-4, but a few things aren't right. Definitely a Sunbeam. No Tiger badging, but who knows...
Yup, Sunbeam. It's the later, small fin style (Series IV or V). You can tell by the fuel filler location and hinged gas cap.

Not trying to be an ass, but I think aftermarket wheels came in different bolt patterns back then, just as they do today.

no, but the rims I had on the fiat were not made for it. There was a sticker inside that said they fit Triumph Spitfire
