I don't have time to fetch the car(s) myself but someone can use my trailer if it's a day I don't need it.

Big BIG respect to jshaawbaru for doing the dirty work yesterday. We now have all 3 escorts here. Andy (xlr99) came and helped me finish cleaning the pad in front of the garage and unloaded car 1, then Josh did a turn and burn and dropped the second off last night. 
 

I'm working on fixing my trailer so the rusty donor can be loaded as soon as it gets everything necessary pulled

The drive home was a little rough toward the end, but I made it home safe, and got over 14 MPG the whole trip. Not sure what changed, since I usually only get 11-12 while towing, trailer empty or loaded. I even had the AC on the whole time, and even went the speed limit (or a few miles over) on the way down to Sarver to pick up the first car.

Labor day weekend roll call so we know what to do about food? I gather one day we could all chip in for pizza. 

I will be showing up late Sunday to bolster the morale of those who have been working days before my arrival, then claim all the glory after everyone else leaves.

I will make it out one day, most likely Sunday. Will let you know as it gets closer. Not sure how much help ill be. Never worked on a Ford and havent touch a front wheel drive car in nearly 10 years.

I apparently will be doing some AC and cruise troubleshooting on my daughter's car over the weekend, but hoping to spend some time Sat & Sun.

Looks like a 10am ish start is the plan both days and if any stragglers show up monday while gumby is here we can berkeley around with whatever didn't get finished sunday

Wagon in place. Reinforcements tomorrow will be welcome, my back is pissed at me.

I believe everything we need is removed from the rotten car. Engine, trans, axles, ecm, engine harness, pedals and cables, shifter. Fuel system and other stuff still in the wrecked car, looks promising underneath that stuff will come out fine based on the use of 3/8 ratchet to remove all bolts so far on that car.

Fortunately they didnt hack away any original structure.

Radar is promising for the rain to blow through by 11. Worst case we get the front half of the wagon in the garage.

rain/food delay. Engine in, pedals in, we apparently need to repin 2 connectors under the dash that go to the engine harness. Dead Sled working on getting exhaust and fuel system out of wrecked car. Gearheadotaku kicking ass and taking names
