Tire Rack wheel and tire packages rock. I did that with the track tires for the BRZ as well, and the extra convenience and not having to find a shop that does a good job fitting the tires to the wheels and balancing them properly is worth it IMHO.

I've done one of the smaller "tracks" in that layout of Lime Rock at a Skip Barber course years ago. We ran Neons and Vipers, and even in the Vipers, I remember it being tough to get a lot of speed. Not sure how they run in the current config, but I don't think it'll be as hard on the brakes. We ran with a chicane, but I don't think we even hit 50 MPH.

Depending on the layout, you can run WOT through the kinks into the skidpad. I think I getting to 80 or 90 in my Caterham. It's clockwise running the longest "straight".
