Never heard of these cars until I joined Grm and saw Bravenrace's. They seem pretty cool. So, did you get it BR?

Well yesterday I took the trailer and drove down to Columbus fully intending on buying it, but the frame was rotted, so I had to pass. Back to searching...
Yes it does. I hate that feeling when you think you have found the answer and you end up back where you started. Oh well, now the wait until another comes up for sale who knows when...

I sent a private message a long time ago. I know you have said you can't send but can receive? I've actually been checking CL and the ad's here to see if you had it posted. Do you still have any e-mails from me from days past?

Okay, still looking. If anyone has any leads, please let me know. I can't find anything. Again, looking for a 1600M or 2500M, driver quality, under $15k. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Not sure if its been posted in this thread or not. Its listed on Seattle CL but in Canada, exchange rate is good right now!

Thanks for the post! I was already aware of that one, but it is very much over priced and on the other side of the country, so I didn't pursue it.
Is your search still an 'only TVR' search? A local British car guy has been trying to sell his 1966 Turner Mk III for $16k5

I've got a line on one in Pa, about 7 hours away. Its currently trapped behind some other cars and planes in a hangar, bu the owner says he'll have it available in a few weeks. I have first dibs. I'm hoping this one works out, because so far it sounds great.
Since this is on Bring a Trailer, it will probably go high:

Funny how we all surf the same stuff, I came here to post that car
The first Griffiths and Chimaeras are now importable under the 25-year rule. They're cheap on Pistonheads.
Edited - they're 1993 models, so you'll have to wait a year.
In reply to chaparral:
The first Griffith's were made in the 60's and sold here. I know that's not the one you're referring to, but just clarifying.
BTW, I'm waiting until I and import a Sagaris.

I had that conversation with a friend in the UK who really knows his Chimaeras. He commented that the cheap ones are usually headaches in the making and pretty much told me that I'd probably be looking at GBP15k for a really good one that's worth importing.
