A lot of these kits advertised for a BP are actually 4age 20v throttles. Then you buy an adapter.
Might be what you're looking at.
What IS the port spacing, in millimeters?
With luck, the ports are symmetrical and you can cross-reference the port spacing to the bore centers of various engines.
I meant symmetrical on the head, IE not having angled end ports like some engines do.
The MZR engine appears to be built on 96mm centers... but this is based on Duratec info since Mazda info is hard to find.
The FE3 engine is based on ~97mm centers.
4G63 and BP are very close to the same so I doubt that is it. I can't find the measurements but it looks like Duratec or MZR setup at a glance.
So check this one one out:

Some good pictures of the Lancia intake. Looks like a possible winner. Right bolt pattern and looks the right size and spacing as well.
4G63/F22A*/BP exhaust ports are all incredibly similar. Not sure about intake ports. 4G63 exhaust manifolds actually fit F22A heads with some ovaling of two stud holes.
Not that it helps though.
SR20 possibly?
A little searching has only two engines I can find with 100mm bore centers...
Quad 4s (wrong pattern)... and Ford Mod V8s. Also wrong pattern.
SR20 Nissans are much bigger (!) and KAs are uneven.
Is it possible that there is a piece of the puzzle missing? I mean that is there another piece that would fit in between this manifold and the cyl head that it mates to?
