Don't need a 4age prism, really... The motor will never go bad if cared for, you'd just need a regular prism. Or Corolla. If you need motor parts, it's Corolla, AW11, etc etc etc. I see at least 2-3 4age cars in the yard every time i go. 
There's nothing "Geo" about that car at all besides the badge.
Isn't "typical rust" on a Geo more than 50% of the underside?

I drive a car I got for $1000, daily. If I need a part that is a junkyard-ish part, I go on the forums and buy one from someone. 99% of the work the car has ever needed, I get the parts from the local auto parts store. I haven't been to a junkyard in years, and it simply isn't worth my time to go.
Additionally, most parts that can only be found in a junkyard are non-critical parts that I probably wouldn't consider replacing on a winter beater pizza delivery vehicle.
Of all of the cars listed the only one I would want to be in if something unfortunate were to happen would be the 900. Didn't you have a c900 at one point?
