As we grow, we need another warm body--ideally one that knows the difference between their, there and they're.

Its all right. Im sure their able to figger it out in time.
All kidding aside, I definitely wish I lived nearby.

Yeah, but what about the ongoing breaks vs brakes controversy?
Not to mention that you're in the parents-in-law hot zone , but I guess it would be more my writing skills that would rule me out straight away.
Good luck finding someone!
Almost makes me wish I'd finished my journalism degree.
Almost.
As I remember back a few years when you posted the last want ad, you forgot "its" and "it's".
I am completely unqualified for the job from an educational standpoint, yet I'm so uninspired in my current job I'd pack up the operation and move south for this
So.... how are housing prices in Gainesville? I have 0 education to speak of, but I can take good piktars. And write things. And I know there's a difference between they're and there and their, even though they're not always easy to distinguish.
I have a Journalism degree, have been a Technical Writer for quite a while, know my way around a wrench and would happily pack up the wife tomorrow and head to the Sunshine State.
The the whole degree thing a requirement? I already live close and would be willing to continue my education in the field if I had a ground-floor career with a respected company, such as Motorsports Marketing.
Most of my friends with communications degrees aren't using them, so you guys without one should be able to find a communications degree on the used market for CHEAP!
Bryce
I know they're, their and there but I'm happy in my current position so I ain't gonna ply.
Tanks anyway yoos guys.
Damn, I wish I was out of work and living in the area. You'd have my writing samples in a heartbeat.
Glad to see the interest. To answer the questions, sorry, this isn't a telecommuting position. As far as the degree requirement, experience in the field would also be considered.
I just realized I can't even send you any writing samples. Basically everything I do as a Defense Contractor is classified/can't be released to the public.
D'oh!
Some of you guys are making us non-degree holders look bad.
A degree in journalism, communications, English or closely related field of study.
Equivalent experience will be considered.
Emphasis mine.
You'll need to log in to post.
