I am not a pro painter. I masked off with newspaper and masking tape. 1st mistake I know. The solvent soaked through the paper and caused some of it to stick.
What can I do befor I spray clear tomorrow ?
Looks like you have only marked up the blue. If it is the base colour of a base/clear paint you can mask off the silver part and sand off the blue and just respray the blue. Pull your paper up before it drys and let it dry till tomorrow then clear the whole thing. If it is single stage urethane, then you should wait about a week to respray it.

^this, there is no option but to sand it out and respray it really.

I dont think you'll be able to sand out the newspaper and its marks without cutting through the color coat thus the need for repaint. If you can sand it out with 1500 wet you should be fine with clear.
