I'm not sure which region of the SCCA host it, but Chasing the Dragon Hillclimb occurs twice a year now. To the north PA has an active group as well, Blur Ridge is about 3/4 of it with the Cumberland Airport crew having some events that are like autocrosses at Hillclimb speeds.
Tried hill climb in southern Illinois... Turns out there are no hills. Moved to PNW. Hill climb like the anti-fujiwara
There was an awesome one in NC for a couple years at the Eagles Nest subdivision, sadly though I don't think they run it anymore.
