Ah SAP and Peoplesoft/Oracle, the implementation that costs millions of dollars and is never really finished causing the CIO to either get fired or resign. Every time I've had to deal with that PoS it was to save someone or just order a part then sit back and wait for better than an hour for it to arrive.
I might be biased because I worked for a smaller competitor, tailoring software for small to midsize businesses, but you'd be surprised how many midsized businesses thought they'd evolved into a big boy company and needed SAP, then became fed-up with the implementation and reverted to our software.
