I want to build a methanol injection system on a challenge budget. Have any of you done it? Advice?
I did it. Used a chinese knockoff sureflow pump $20, whatever brand meth nozzle, used nos fuel solenoid, ebay micropressure switch for a couple bucks. I used the washer tank cause it had a low level light in the dash and the tank was 1gal. I had maybe $100 in the whole thing and I loved it, cleaned the heck out of the motor too.
As far as nozzle size, pretty much one cc per hp should do it.
