Watching Mecum when I had cable and with the ludicrous Jolly prices I had to wonder why Fiat weren't making the new 500 with at least a few promotional/concept variants or did they? Too lazy to search.

Those are American Racing wheels. I saw a few 83 Civic S's with them back in the day.
Sorta looks like the top is too low or something.
