Help!

I'm trying to get the uprights off of my '95 accord to do some suspension work. Driver's side is done, but on the passenger's side, when I try to break free the castle nut on the lower ball joint, the stud spins with the nut!!! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so close to being done with this, and at 1am CST, I'm finally giving up for the night.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

get a BFH and see if you can knock the ball joint further up in the taper. if you can seat the taper, it will quit spinning.

Put a jack under the LCA and let the weight of the car seat the stud.

+1 this idea, second choice is the impact in short bursts.
