I was flipping through the channels last night (got bored with never ending Olympics coverage) when I stumbled upon a 1/2 hour show on the Mid-Ohio Trans Am race. It was the longest 1/2 hour of my life. Most of the show looks like it was filmed with GoPro cameras and the commentator, Alfredo Nin is an abomination. The guy mispronounces half of the words, and (most importantly) doesn't shut up during the entire show. He doesn't seem to understand that sometimes it's nice just to hear the sounds of the engines. The whole show had the feel of an amateur production. To cap things off, when they put up the race results at the end of the show, they misspelled Camaro (they spelled it Camero).
And to think I complained about the ALMS internet coverage.....
