I'm not too big on promoting what some may call snake oil but, my injectors have been on their way out for a while now and I came across this so I thought I'd give it a try. Since injectors will be well over a grand in parts alone and this stuff is under $50, why not, right. So, I'm about 300 miles in and already she idles a lot better cold and has overall much better performance. I've also seen about a 1-2 mpg increase. I'm not kidding. This is on my 03 7.3 F250.

I'm all for trying suspicious fluids in my cars if i get a reputable recommendation on it. I welcome testimonials like this!
I regularly add this stuff to mine. I think it is a necessary part of maintenance, not snake oil at all.
I've been using Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant for a while. A lot of truckers trust this stuff. No Cetane boost, but I have seen better mileage when I run it, sometimes. Many factors depend on me getting better mileage.
Hotshot deals with stiction which is the carbon build up on these diesel injectors. It causes a minor delay in the firing but that's all it takes.
The owner of this business is from my little town. He actually just built a new office and warehouse earlier this year. I almost went to work for him last year, but chose another direction. I spent some time with him and he's a great guy and a class act from what I know. I'm thinking of trying the products in my yanmar diesel tractor.
