not rusted just kinked, is this bad in this spot?

I recognize the front inner fender of a 124 Spyder, with a small wrinkle near the top of the spring perch. that may be original equipment, or crash damage. Either way it is within tolerance.

I see a bumpstop, so assuming the photo is sideways from actual reality. But not sure what the issue you're referring to is.  What is kinked?

well that part isnt rusty, but the floor pan is, but its a California car so its not that bad
