Hi all,
I'll be helping my brother replace the heater fan motor and resistor in his '76 244 Volvo. Legend has it that on the assembly line, the car was created by hanging the blower motor from a string, and the rest of the car was built around it.
When we have things apart we'll also look for anything else that's out of sorts. We'll also take a good look at the heater core while we're at it. This car is a very original one, and has just a bit over 30K miles. My brother is the second owner.
We have lots of time and a heated garage, so we can afford to take it slow and steady. Any tips and tricks from the gang are appreciated.
Cheers, Paul
